First I added a mountain in the background, colour corrected it with hue and saturation, as well as lightness and contrast.
Then added another mountain in the middle ground

Some of the techniques I used:
Selective colour
Hue and saturation
Brightness and contrast
Multiplied colour layer over the tents, to correct the colour even more. The tents were originally yellow so I had to do quite a bit of work to get them blue-grey. The multiplied layer and original picture layer were then merged together and lightened till they fit in with the rest of the picture.
Shadows of the tents were painted with a simple brush and grey colour.
Added a rock and a hiker in the foreground.
